Use of the service
SpeedZone Store OS is an internal business recordkeeping application operated by MGC Convenience Corp for SpeedZone Convenience. Use is limited to people approved by the store's administrators. By using the app, you agree to use it for authorized store business and to follow these terms.
Your account
Use your own approved account, protect your sign-in and authenticator credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access to mgcconveniencecorp@gmail.com. Do not share another person's account, attempt to bypass access controls, or access or disclose business records without authorization. Administrators may restrict or remove access when a person's responsibilities change or misuse is suspected.
Records and reports
Only enter information and documents that you are authorized to provide. Review amounts, dates, payment sources, and supporting documents before saving. Reports depend on the information entered and the completeness and timing of connected-service data. Compare important balances and closeouts with original receipts, bank statements, and payroll records. Estimates, pending amounts, and AI responses may require correction.
Payments and connected services
Recording a payment in the ledger is a recordkeeping action and does not by itself transfer money or pay a bill. Bank and sales integrations depend on the availability and permissions of the connected services. Google, Supabase, ChatGPT, Plaid, Square, and OpenAI services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
Store AI
Store AI can answer questions and propose supported changes using store records. Review proposed changes before approving them. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate, and it does not replace the store's review of financial records or professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Privacy and availability
Our privacy policy explains how this app handles sign-in information and business records. Features may be updated, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, errors, or provider outages. Keep the original business documents needed to support your records.
